IPTVMEN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted the following policy.

1. Disclaimer of Hosting

IPTVMEN does not host, upload, or store any media files (video, audio, or otherwise) on our servers. We act merely as an indexer and routing service, providing access to links and streams that are freely available on the internet and provided by third parties.

Because we do not host the content, we have no control over the nature, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of the media streams. Any copyright infringement claims must be directed to the actual third-party servers hosting the content.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content routed through our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA. We will gladly remove the specific stream links from our directory.

To file a takedown request, please provide us with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or IP address of the stream routing through our platform.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider or Payment Gateways, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
