At IPTVMEN, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your streaming experience. We offer a 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy for all new subscriptions.
1. Conditions for a Refund
Because we provide a digital service with high server costs, refunds are not issued as "No Questions Asked." A refund will only be granted under the following conditions:
- You request the refund within exactly 7 days of your original purchase date.
- You are experiencing a persistent, critical technical issue (e.g., complete inability to connect, constant server drops).
- You have contacted our technical support team, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the service.
- Your internet speed is too slow to handle IPTV streaming (we recommend a minimum of 30 Mbps for 4K content).
- Your specific device or third-party app is incompatible, and you refuse to use our recommended alternative apps.
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., restreaming or account sharing).
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the conditions above, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via our Support Page or email us at contact@iptvmen.com.
- Include your order number, username, and a detailed description of the technical issue.
- Allow our team up to 48 hours to attempt a fix. If we cannot fix the issue, we will process your refund immediately.
Note: Once a refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or PayPal balance.
